Who we are
Nini Reyes-Bolinger graduated at the University of Santo Tomas, College of Architecture and Fine Arts in Manila, Philippines.
She migrated to California in 1986 and worked for a San Jose Engineering Consulting firm as a Mechanical and Residential Design draftsperson.
She practiced as a Residential Building Designer at their family-owned Design Firm from 1989 to 2010. Nini prepared Design and Working Construction Drawings for Building Permit and Construction of residential room additions, custom homes and light commercial tenant improvements using ArrisCAD and Builder'sCAD Programs. For 20 years, she produced their in-house Title 24 Energy Compliance Calculations for Residential Design.
We currently update our software to the latest code.

2019 Building Energy Efficiency Standards.
